Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize Veeva Regulatory Vault application to meet business and regulatory requirements, with guidance from the Senior Engineer on architectural direction and solution design.

• Work closely with the Senior Engineer to translate high-level architecture into actionable configuration tasks and ensure technical consistency across the platform.

• Develop and maintain components using Java and JavaScript, contributing to both front-end and back-end enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and QA to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals.

• Support integration efforts with other enterprise systems and data sources.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Vault-related issues, ensuring stability and performance.

• Participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog grooming, and support roadmap execution.

  
  

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Vault configuration, ideally within the Regulatory domain.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Veeva Vault or similar platforms.

• Programming skills in Java and JavaScript.

• Understanding of regulatory workflows and document lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., GxP) and validation processes.
