IT Project Manager

What does it take to be successful during the recruitment process:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in a small/medium Softwarehouse requiring collaboration with the dev team and supporting them with software development, scope, and progress management)
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM) and ability to apply them according to project needs
• Experience in managing a development team by defining, organizing, and managing requirements, planning and documenting releases, and monitoring progress and risks
• Ability to propose and maintain good practices in the team and monitor its happiness and performance
• Ability to support different teams and several projects
• Understanding of mobile and web development process
• Ability to write and maintain requirements
• Proven experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proven experience in managing the scope, time, and budget of the project
• At least some experience with running scoping workshops, defining MVP, and collaborating with UI/UX designers to turn vision into a ready backlog
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, confidentiality with managing client's expectations, building trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Professional fluency in English and Polish (at least C1)
