Requirements Engineer – SAP Commerce Cloud & Salesforce

We are looking for a Senior Requirements Engineer to take ownership of customer-facing digital platforms built on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce. This role sits at the intersection of business requirements, system architecture and user experience, with strong involvement in solution design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and customer requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications, epics and user stories

• Drive requirements engineering for B2B eCommerce and CRM platforms based on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce

• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers and integration teams (ERP, CRM, eCommerce)

• Design scalable omni-channel user journeys and assess their impact on downstream business processes

• Own and prioritize the backlog in an agile environment (Scrum / SAFe), supporting planning, refinement and release activities

Your profile

• Strong senior-level experience in Requirements Engineering / Business Analysis within complex IT landscapes

• Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce platforms

• Experience in system integrations (ERP ↔ eCommerce ↔ CRM)

• Solid understanding of User-Centered Design and digital product development

• Comfortable working in scaled agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)

• Very good English
