Senior SAP DMS, VEG Consultant (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior SAP DMS, VEG Consultant (m/f/n).

Requirements

• SAP DMS (Document Management System): Proven knowledge.

• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan): Practical experience.

• eWM knowledge

• Interface Design & Conception: Strong skills in system integrations.

• SAP Application Development: Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, and modern UIs (e.g., Fiori).

• VEG Knowledge: Deep understanding and practical experience - nice to have)

• Testing: Experience in defining and executing test scenarios, with a strong grasp of testing processes (UAT, integration tests).

• Tools: Proficiency in Jira (ticketing, backlog, issue tracking).

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Document Management System (DMS) to meet business and compliance requirements.

• Manage system integrations and interface design, ensuring smooth data flow between SAP DMS, eWM, SolMan, and external systems.

• Collaborate within SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for change management, testing, and documentation processes.

• Support SAP application development by guiding ABAP, Fiori, and integration enhancements.

• Define and execute UAT and integration test scenarios, ensuring solution quality and functional alignment.

• Utilize Jira for issue tracking, backlog management, and project coordination.

• Communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable SAP solutions.

• (Nice to have) Support and optimize VEG-related processes, improving document and workflow efficiency.
