Filenet Engineer - Analyst / SME

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of & working experience with (order as per priority):

• IBM FileNet platform, Content Navigator, Content Collector, Image Manager

• Enterprise Content Management domain

• Java, J2EE

• Application Servers (Websphere Application Server) will be a plus

• Databases (Oracle) will be a plus

• Linux\Windows server administration will be a plus

• Good English language communication skills, both written and verbal

• Cloud knowledge & experience (GCP) would be a big plus

• University or Technical College graduate (preferable in IT) followed by at least 3 years of programming experience would be a plus

• Team player with good interpersonal skills and adaptable to change

• Curiosity and learning capabilities, ability to absorb new technologies & procedures quickly

• Self organized and have good business communication experience

• Kubernetes or GCP knowledge will be a plus

Key Responsibilities 

• Person is accountable for successful delivery of Technology projects by our FileNet Team

• Analyze and propose solutions based on business requirements,

• Efficiently translate these requirements into working software,

• Demo the solution to the business and incorporate feedback,

• Amend and produce specifications/documentation as required,

• Investigate live system faults, diagnose problems, propose and provide solutions,

• Complete projects in a timely manner.
