Business Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Location: Hybrid work model – Kraków, 5–8 days work from client’s office per month
Salary: 120 – 130 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)
Tasks:
Assisting functional resources and business analysts with requirements gathering and providing design guidance for significant CME and MS Dynamics 365 CRM projects
Facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders to gather critical business requirements and presenting technical vision and solutions based on software products, customisations, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM and related 365 toolset
Applying deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM Customer Servicing and Marketing modules and advising when to use native features versus custom engagement development
Providing current best practices and solution alternatives as part of functional design documents
Communicating complex solution and project topics to both technical and non technical audiences
Acting as a client facing consultant by leading meetings, communicating with business stakeholders, and capturing and distributing action items
Assisting with inputs to project plans, estimates, scope, sales proposals, and statements of work when required
Participating in implementation, customisation, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions
Requirements:
System engineering background with the ability to compare different solutions to meet business requirements
Ability to provide technical thought leadership in evaluating new technologies and influencing stakeholders toward adoption
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Servicing and Marketing products and processes, and experience with other Dynamics modules
At least 5 years of project experience and 3 years of consulting experience
Strong experience in building product vision, roadmap, and backlog
Experience in implementing and customising Dynamics 365
Proven ability to design innovative solutions for complex business requirements and to streamline or automate business processes
Experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business processes and system requirements with key business users
Experience in creating functional specifications including customisations, data migration, and system integrations
Experience in building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows
Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Experience with Microsoft products including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, SharePoint, and related tools
Proficiency in Visual Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio, Power BI, O365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server
Familiarity with SQL and data analysis
Understanding of financial services business and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver persuasive presentations
