Job description

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Engineer (Revenue Cloud) for a project developing Salesforce-based business solutions and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

The customer is an international company specializing in technology consulting and business process improvement. The company helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives through modern technology solutions, system integrations, and process automation across various business domains.

The project is focused on migrating a theatrical production licensing management system to Salesforce. It includes building a unified platform to support the full licensing lifecycle, from production catalog management and licensing processes to royalty collection and material return management.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Salesforce functionality related to offers, pricing, approvals, contracts, and booking/order activation.

  • Supporting configuration and customization of commercial workflows, including contract terms, restrictions, and approvals.

  • Building logic for booking confirmations, deposits/advances, initial tax/payment setup, and subsequent booking changes.

  • Supporting billing and payment-related processes such as invoicing, balance tracking, refunds, disputes, and overdue handling.

  • Contributing to workflows supporting royalty-related commercial data and settlement preparation.

  • Handling exception scenarios such as cancellations, pricing changes, venue/date changes, and amendments.

  • Integrating revenue-related processes with upstream intake/approval flows and downstream finance operations.

  • Pricing and commercial rule implementation.

  • Contracting and booking lifecycle automation.

  • Billing-adjacent platform logic and integration support.

Must-haves:

  • Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform for 3+ years.

  • Deep understanding of Quote-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash architecture.

  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing core entities: Quotes, Order Products, Contracts, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Revenue Schedules.

  • Solid knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flow, validation logic, approvals, and integrations.

  • Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ-style logic, pricing structures, or complex commercial workflows.

  • Proven track record of implementing intricate pricing structures (Pricing Engines), custom discounting rules, Advanced Approvals, and complex commercial restrictions.

  • Strong experience in managing mid-term contract modifications, specifically handling complex scenarios for Amendments, Renewals, and Cancellations.

  • Strong programmatic skills to extend standard Revenue Cloud capabilities, including writing robust Apex (triggers, batch jobs, queueables for heavy data processing) and building LWC interfaces for internal operations.

  • Experience building secure integrations to ingest transactional data from intake systems (Upstream) and seamlessly push structured financial records to ERP/accounting platforms (Downstream).

  •  Practical experience programmatically managing transaction exceptions, such as balance tracking, billing disputes, refunds, credit/debit notes, and overdue handling.

  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architecture.

  • Active Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist, Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant).

  • Revenue Cloud Certifications.

  • Experience dealing with royalty-related commercial data model implementation and settlement preparation.

  • A solid grasp of accounting basics (e.g., the difference between invoicing, cash collection, and Revenue Recognition).

Reasons why this job would be interesting to you:

  • Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others. Andersen cooperates with such businesses as Samsung, Siemens, Johnson & Johnson, BNP Paribas, Ryanair, Mercedes, TUI, Verivox, Allianz, T-Systems, etc.;

  • The opportunity to change the project and/or develop expertise in an interesting business domain;

  • Job conditions – you can work both fully remotely and from the office or can choose a hybrid variant;

  • Guarantee of professional, financial, and career growth! The company has introduced systems of mentoring and adaptation for each new employee;

  • The opportunity to earn up to an additional 1,000 USD per month, depending on the level of expertise, which will be included in the annual bonus, by participating in the company's activities;

  • Access to the corporate training portal, where the entire knowledge base of the company is collected and which is constantly updated;

  • Bright corporate life (parties / pizza days / PlayStation / fruits / coffee / snacks / movies);

  • Certification compensation (AWS, PMP, etc);

  • Referral program;

  • Private health insurance and compensation for sports activities.
