Salesforce Consultant
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end functional delivery, from requirements gathering through solution design and configuration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements
Translate business needs into user stories and manage backlog structure
Design scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions
Configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities
Collaborate with architects and technical teams
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Guide Product Owners and support backlog management (Epics, Features, User Stories)
Coordinate functional streams and mentor junior consultants
Must Have
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM projects
Proven track record in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
Experience across full project lifecycle (analysis, design, build, rollout)
Functional & Business Skills
Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
Experience leading stakeholder workshops
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
Solid solution design capabilities aligned with business objectives
Hands-on Expertise
Strong hands-on configuration experience in:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Good knowledge of out-of-the-box features, limitations, and best practices
Leadership
Ability to mentor junior consultants and coordinate teams
Languages
English: C1 level
