We are a provider of digital transformation and technology consulting services with a portfolio of solutions for both clients who do not yet have Salesforce and large organizations that work on Salesforce and use its extensive capabilities ☁.

We also provide body and team leasing services in IT, providing specialists in various fields.

Background & Project:

We are seeking a results-driven IT professional with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to lead the implementation support, administration, and training for Veeva Events Management and CRM modules. This role is critical for our affiliate operations in the Czech and Slovak markets, requiring a consultant who can blend technical platform management with high-impact, localized training delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • General Veeva Administration:

    • Serve as the primary administrator for the Veeva environment, managing user access, profiles, and permissions.

    • Handle backend configuration, including the maintenance of training sandboxes and technical design updates.

    • Monitor system health and perform user management tasks to ensure platform stability.

    • Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and local teams to implement specific event flows.

  • Training Development & Localization:

    • Translate and adapt existing English training materials into Czech or Slovak.

    • Develop comprehensive training documentation for the Veeva Events Management module.

    • Customize Veeva CRM Best Practices materials, specifically focusing on call planning, execution, and closing.

  • Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate training sessions for both office-based and field-based teams on Veev CRM and Veeva Vault CRM related topics.

    • Conduct training on Veeva CRM Best Practices based on provided materials.

    • Deliver all sessions and materials in the local language (Czech or Slovak).

  • Implementation Support:

    • Provide dedicated support to troubleshoot and reinforce learning following the go-live.

    • Conduct follow-up refreshment sessions as required to ensure high adoption rates.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working with CRM solutions. Specifically with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM.

    • Experience as a trainer in Life Sciences is preferred..

  • Language Proficiency:

    • Native or near-native fluency in Czech or Slovak (written and verbal).

    • Advanced proficiency in English for material translation and global team collaboration.

  • Technical Certifications (Preferred):

    • Veeva Certified Administrator status is highly preferred.

    • Additional certifications such as Veeva CRM to Vault CRM and  Salesforce platforms are an advantage.

  • Competencies:

    • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.

    • Ability to deliver impactful and scalable training sessions to both technical and sales audiences.
