The Opportunity

Be part of a digital transformation milestone. We are launching the industry’s inaugural implementation of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. We need a visionary Data Cloud Specialist to lead the data workstream, specifically focused on transitioning critical assets from legacy Veeva environments into a modern, integrated Salesforce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do (Scope of Impact)

• Legacy-to-Cloud Strategy: Design and spearhead the end-to-end data migration roadmap to move business-critical assets from Veeva to Salesforce (SFDC).

• Next-Gen MDM Architecture: Transition Master Data Management from Veeva Network to the Salesforce platform, utilizing Informatica to rebuild and refine data models for maximum efficiency.

• Data Cloud Orchestration: Deploy advanced Salesforce Data Cloud functionalities, with a specific focus on Zero-Copy integration with Databricks to ensure real-time data availability without the overhead of traditional ETL.

• Technical Governance: Act as the subject matter expert for data integrity and compliance, ensuring that all architectural decisions align with the rigorous standards of the Life Sciences sector.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with technical squads and business leaders to maintain a unified data vision, ensuring project milestones are met with precision and quality.

What You Bring (Technical Profile)

• Salesforce Data Cloud Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience implementing SFDC Data Cloud, ideally within a regulated Life Sciences or Pharma context.

• Veeva Transition Expertise: A proven track record of migrating data from Veeva systems, with a solid grasp of Veeva Network data structures.

• Advanced Integration Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Zero-Copy architecture and connecting Data Cloud with Databricks.

• MDM Proficiency: High-level experience with Master Data Management tools, specifically Informatica within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Agile Mindset: Ability to navigate complex, time-sensitive "industry-first" projects while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Bonus Points for:

• Salesforce, Informatica, or Data Management certifications.

• Experience in Large-Scale or "Greenfield" Salesforce implementations.

• Strong familiarity with GxP or other relevant Life Sciences compliance frameworks.
