Salesforce Developer

Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer for a project enhancing Consumer Goods Cloud, improving field operations, automation, data quality, and system integrations. 

The customer is a consulting company specializing in cloud-based solutions and CRM platforms, helping organizations design, implement, and scale digital systems. The company works on full-cycle projects, including architecture design, system integrations, and process optimization, with a strong focus on business outcomes such as automation and data-driven decision-making. The team operates in an international environment, collaborating across distributed teams and delivering scalable, enterprise-level solutions. 

The project is focused on enhancing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) to support field operations and retail execution. It includes configuring and integrating solutions to improve planning, automation, data quality, and overall usability. 

Responsibilities: 

• Configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce CGC to support field execution, retail execution, visit planning, surveys, and promotion management.  

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, translating them into scalable CGC solutions.  

• Developing and optimizing CGC data models, workflows, validation rules, and automation (Flows, Process Builder).  

• Supporting integration efforts between CGC and other Salesforce Clouds or external systems.  

• Ensuring data quality, performing data analysis, and assisting with data migration activities.  

• Conducting system testing, UAT support, and post‑deployment troubleshooting.  

• Providing user training and documentation, driving the adoption of CGC functionality.  

• Staying updated on new Salesforce and CGC releases to propose enhancements and best practices. 

Must-haves:  

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer for 2+ years. 

• Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).  

• Proven experience working specifically with Consumer Goods Cloud.  

• Understanding of data models, Flows, permissions, and declarative configuration.  

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and requirement‑gathering skills.  

• Ability to work independently and drive solutions end-to-end. 

• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience with integrations, APIs, or ETL tools. 

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CGC-related certs).
