Salesforce Developer (m/f/n)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer experienced in Telco Industry.

The project we are approaching is a long-term engagement, with the potential to become a steady initiative lasting well beyond a year.

We are looking for creative and reliable developers who are capable of critical thinking and are not afraid of challenges. This is not a greenfield project - quite the opposite. The goal is to improve and reshape an existing solution so that it delivers real value to the customer, rather than becoming just another system that multiplies work.

There will be a wide range of tasks, including EPC, order management integrations, ESM setup, and Omniscript refinements, as well as building new ones and bringing less ootb features by creating them from scratch based on APEX.

What is especially important to us is your proactive and creative approach. There will be plenty of space to learn, experiment, and revisit existing solutions - implementing best practices and, where needed, defining new ones.

Must have:

• Hands-on experience in Communications Cloud / Vlocity / Revenue Cloud

• EPC

• ESM

• BREtelco industry knowledge

• Business Process Framework (eTOM)

Nice to have:

• Certificates in the above area (Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer, Communications Cloud Accredited Professional).

• Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Salesforce (Salesforce Industries / Communications Cloud).

• Work hands-on with Vlocity / Revenue Cloud components.

• Configure and develop EPC, ESM, and BRE functionalities.

• Participate in full development lifecycle within Agile methodology.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams.
