Cloud Engineer

Andersen is hiring a Cloud Engineer for a project developing a collaboration platform, building cloud infrastructure, and improving scalability, reliability, and CI/CD processes. 

The customer is an international technology company developing cloud-based software solutions that help organizations manage information, improve collaboration, and streamline internal processes. Its platform supports secure document handling, workflow coordination, and operational efficiency across distributed teams. Serving clients from a variety of industries, the company focuses on scalability, usability, and continuous enhancement of digital workplace experiences. 

The project is focused on developing a meeting management platform that streamlines planning, collaboration, document management, and secure information sharing. It also involves building and improving cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and efficient delivery. 

Responsibilities:  

• Designing, building, and operating Azure cloud environments and CI/CD platforms. 

• Developing and maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines, automated delivery workflows, and infrastructure provisioning using Azure Bicep. 

• Managing and optimizing containerized workloads and cloud infrastructure. 

• Collaborating with engineering teams in shared cloud and CI/CD environments to ensure reliability, consistency, and scalability. 

• Troubleshooting production issues and implementing durable fixes through automation and process improvements. 

• Applying security controls and deployment best practices across cloud and delivery platforms. 

• Leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve engineering productivity, diagnostics, and operational efficiency. 

• Documenting cloud infrastructure, pipelines, operational processes, and technical decisions. 

• Driving continuous improvement of cloud operations, deployment processes, and platform reliability. 

Must-haves:  

• Experience as a Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer for 3+ years. 

• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure, including cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and operations. 

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Repos (Git) and Azure DevOps Pipelines (YAML), including end-to-end pipeline design and management. 

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Azure Bicep. 

• Strong experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and containerized workloads. 

• Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines. 

• Proven ability to work in shared infrastructure environments and collaborate across multiple engineering teams. 

• Strong troubleshooting, automation, and production support skills. 

• Experience documenting cloud systems, pipelines, and operational practices. 

• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude, Codex, PlayerZero, or similar solutions. 

• Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog. 

• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
