We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development of robust, scalable, and well-tested backend solutions using the latest tools and technologies. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and help shape the best possible solutions—your engineering insights will be crucial in this process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a core member of the development team.

• Design and implement clean, efficient, and testable code using modern technologies.

• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand requirements and propose optimal solutions.

• Ensure high code quality through test-driven development (TDD) and code reviews.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.

• Monitor and maintain system performance using tools like Splunk and Grafana.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Java and Spring Boot.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and hands-on experience in building microservices.

• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Proactive attitude and analytical thinking to drive solutions forward.

• Experience in system architecture and solution design.

• Proficiency in working with databases and writing SQL queries.

• Knowledge of reactive programming (e.g., Spring WebFlux, RxJava).

• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Understanding of OAuth2 token creation and validation.

• Basic knowledge of cryptographic keys and secure key management practices.

• Experience using monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana.
