We are currently looking for a Junior IT Governance & Reporting Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
What you will be doing?
Performing controls defined in ITSM Control matrix related to domains: Foundation, Operational Resilience and Change Management.
DORA Regulatory Reporting: Regularly report on compliance with DORA requirements, including risk management, operational resilience, and third-party vendor oversight.
Internal Reporting: Generate regular reports on IT performance metrics, system uptime, incidents (including their impact, urgency, and resolution steps), and SLA compliance. Maintain dashboards for transparency on IT services conditions.
Reporting to National Authorities: Prepare required reports to national authorities, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., SWIFT CSCF, TARGET2, NBP SSS etc.).
Audits and Inspections: Assist in preparing for audits or inspections by providing requested data and documentation to authorities.
Financial Reporting: Report IT budget, expenditures, and forecasts to the new owner, highlighting areas of investment or optimization.
Incident Logging and Documentation: Accurately record and document details of reported incidents, including their impact, urgency, and resolution steps.
Initial Incident Analysis: Perform preliminary analysis to categorize, prioritize, and assign incidents to appropriate support teams or individuals.
Monitoring and Escalation: Track the progress of incident resolution.
Incident Reporting: Assist in creating regular reports on incident trends, resolution times, and areas needing improvement.
Skills you should have:
Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
ENG B2 level
Previous experience within IT is not required
