As a Junior IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to internal users, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of assigned systems and tools. Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users (on-site and remote).

• Resolve user-reported issues via the Service Desk platform in accordance with ITIL/ITSM standards.

• Monitor and maintain assigned IT infrastructure and systems.

• Manage and track IT hardware assets (laptops, desktops, peripherals).

• Oversee and support the development of assigned IT tools and software.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Your Background

• Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English and Polish(minimum B2 level).

• Availability to work on-site, especially during the first months; after the onboarding period, up to one day of remote work per week is possible.
