THE WORK:
As a Cloud SysOps – Digital Workspace Engineer, you will:
Manage, support, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices.
Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows OS and Mac OS.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Configure and manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Perform regular system audits and generate reports.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Good Polish and English (written and spoken), level B2 and above.
Working knowledge and hands-on administrator experience with Windows OS.
Minimum 2nd Tier support experience with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and features.
Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
Windows scripting skills (PowerShell).
Ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment.
Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Knowledge of SCCM Server / Intune.
Relevant Microsoft certifications.
Experience integrating with Azure services or other cloud platforms.
