Siebel IT Operations Specialist
Location: 100% remote work (Poland)
Experience: 3+ years
You will join a team responsible for maintaining and continuously enhancing the Siebel CRM platform supporting key business processes within large organizations. In this role, you will handle incident resolution, root cause analysis, change implementation, and monitoring of production and test environments.
About the Project:
You will work on initiatives focused on stabilizing and optimizing the CRM ecosystem and its integrations with various back office systems. The scope includes operational process improvement as well as automation of monitoring and deployment workflows. Collaboration with development, integration, and business teams will be an essential part of your daily work.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain Siebel CRM environments
Analyze incidents, diagnose issues, and provide resolutions
Support Change Management processes and deployment activities
Provide support to business users and project teams
Work with SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools
Collaborate on system integrations (SOA / ESB)
Create and maintain operational and technical documentation
Requirements:
Experience working with Siebel CRM (Operations / Administration / Support)
Good knowledge of SQL and database environments (Oracle preferred)
Experience analyzing logs and working with monitoring tools
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Linux / Unix
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of SOA / OSB
