Solution Architect (Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global IT team in a leading logistics and supply chain management company. You will work in a multinational, multicultural environment and take part in designing scalable and secure IT solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.

You’ll support ongoing architecture processes, including solution design, documentation, and audit preparation. This is a long-term engagement with high impact on the company’s IT strategy.

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite)

Duration of the project: min. 12 months

Job Responsibilities

• Design high-level and detailed architecture based on business requirements

• Apply enterprise standards and patterns in architecture deliverables

• Coordinate solution architecture review and approval processes

• Maintain and update architecture documentation

• Ensure all solutions are scalable, secure, standardized, and cost-effective

• Assist in root cause analysis and IT audits

• Support IT service agreement processes with external clients

• Actively contribute to the Architecture Center of Excellence (CoE)

Expectations

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, including extensive work in architecture roles

• Proven experience working in global, multicultural teams

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and/or Contract Logistics

• Broad knowledge of IT architecture domains: Application, Data, and Technical Architecture, IT Security and Governance

• Hands-on experience with: TOGAF, UML, Visio, WMS, TMS solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical thinking and ability to diagnose complex IT challenges

• Business and financial awareness

• Proactive, organized, and delivery-focused

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong English (C1) – used daily in communication and documentation
