The ServiceNow Solution Architect is responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that enhance stakeholder value within the Digital, Data & IT department. This role focuses on ensuring technical alignment with ServiceNow standards while developing scalable solutions that improve patients' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Defining development standards and guidelines, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow.
- Bridging business requirements with technical solutions in ServiceNow.
- Ensuring coherence across ServiceNow IT modules.
- Assisting Product Owners in refining user stories and guiding developers on configurations.
- Advising on technical solutions to both internal and external developers.
- Keeping stakeholders informed about new ServiceNow capabilities.
- Contributing to the ServiceNow community.
- Participating in architecture boards for continuous improvement.
- Engaging in agile events within ServiceNow, supporting developers and contributors.
- Collaborating with architects and other stakeholders to minimize customizations and propose improvements.
- Ensuring the health and reliability of the ServiceNow platform and exploring automation opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years of IT industry experience, with 3+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or lead developer.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Proficient in JavaScript and coding best practices.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and frameworks.
- Background in IT processes with team leadership capabilities.
- Knowledgeable in SAFe and ITIL methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, including presentation abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, ITSM, and GRC.
- ITIL certification.
- Familiarity with CMDB, data models, and the CSDM framework.
- High cultural sensitivity to work across diverse teams.
