Senior MLOps Engineer (pharma)

For our client operating in the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a Senior ML Ops to work on enhancing and maintaining machine learning operations and infrastructure.

Work Mode: Remote from the territory of Poland

Expectations

• 4+ years of experience in Git, Linux fundamentals, and Bash scripting

• 4+ years of experience in Python programming

• Strong experience with container concepts: Docker & Kubernetes

• Strong experience in designing & implementing Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Argo CD)

• Strong experience in infrastructure automation: Configuration Management, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation)

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure & services (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Strong experience with cloud-native Kubernetes services (e.g., Amazon EKS, GKE, AKS)

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools

• 1+ year of experience in any of the Machine Learning areas (e.g., Computer Vision, NLP, Predictive Modelling)

• 1+ year of experience in the productisation of Machine Learning solutions

• 1+ year of experience working with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Amazon SageMaker)

• Good understanding of Data Science basics (e.g., train/test model data sets, overfitting, classification, clustering)

• Understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile practices

• Experience in working with software development teams on a daily basis

• Superior troubleshooting approach

• Good communication skills

• English at least at B2 level
