Senior AI Engineer (Agent Systems / LLM / Python)

part-time / 100% remote

We are looking for an experienced professional to support a team in building AI agent-based solutions and help upskill the team in this area for aour client from e-commerce sector. This is a hands-on, implementation-focused project — we’re looking for someone who can not only design solutions but also help deliver them and effectively “kick-start” the team.

The goal of this collaboration is to:

• build AI agents in close cooperation with the client’s team

• transfer knowledge and train the team (mentoring, hands-on support)

• accelerate development and lower the entry barrier for the team

   

Start: ASAP 

Duration: 4-6 months 

Workload: part-time (flexible working hours) 

Model: 100% remote (with a possible onsite workshop at the beginning)

Job responsibilities 

• design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems

• collaborate with the development team and share knowledge

• build and integrate LLM-based solutions

• design system architecture (memory, session handling, agent communication)

• integrate with APIs and external systems

Expectations 

• Expert-level Python (including async programming and type hints)

• experience with LangGraph / ADK

• hands-on experience with building agents and multi-agent systems and memory and session management

• knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and client-server architecture

• experience building connectors

• strong understanding of LLMs, including tokenization, context window limitations, function calling, differences between models (Claude, GPT, Gemini)

• experience with REST, gRPC, JSON-RPC

• familiarity with A2A protocol

• knowledge of AI-related cybersecurity

• English skills (B2+)
