We are seeking an experienced AI Architect and Engineer to lead the design and hands-on development of a GCP-native, multi-tenant, enterprise-grade agentic SaaS platform. This role is designed for a technical leader (Strategic Architecture + Hands-on Development) who can seamlessly bridge high-level system architecture with active coding of core components. You will be responsible for building a scalable multi-agent orchestration framework that securely routes user queries, integrates with external APIs, and synthesizes structured, coherent responses to power a conversational interface for non-technical business users.Technical Requirements:✅ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Expertise: Deep proficiency in designing, deploying, and owning scalable cloud architectures (e.g., serverless, containerized microservices

✅ AI / Backend Engineering: Strong programming skills (primarily Python or similar backend languages) necessary for building complex backend logic, distributed systems, and integrating LLMs✅ Agentic Architecture: Deep understanding of, or hands-on experience building, AI agent workflows, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, ReAct prompting✅ API Design & Integrations: Proven ability to create secure, high-performance APIs capable of asynchronously managing traffic and communication between multiple decoupled services✅ Enterprise Security: Practical knowledge of data isolation in multi-tenant SaaS architectures, IAM, and securing cloud-based environments✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), ReAct prompting, and Function Calling

➕ You can expect a B2B contract with an attractive salary: 28,000 - 36,000 PLN net. (+20 paid days off) - Please note that the final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate’s evaluated experience and skills.
