ENGAGING PROJECTS 
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and operate production-grade AI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work on advanced GenAI solutions, including multi-agent systems, Agentic RAG architectures, multimodal AI applications, and AI-powered SaaS platforms serving multiple tenants and enterprise customers.

This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on experience deploying AI systems to production, and a deep understanding of modern LLM frameworks and cloud-native architectures.

Ideal Candidate

You are an engineer who combines strong software engineering discipline with modern GenAI expertise. You have already shipped AI products to production, understand the challenges of operating LLM systems at scale, and can design reliable multi-agent architectures rather than just prototype them. You are comfortable owning solutions end-to-end, from architecture and infrastructure to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Technical Requirements:

• Multi-Agent AI Systems Development: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, task execution, and orchestration across complex workflows.

• Agentic RAG & Multimodal AI Applications: Architect and implement advanced Agentic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and multimodal AI applications.

• AI-Powered SaaS Platform Engineering: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI-driven SaaS platforms that support enterprise-grade deployments.

• Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure: Design and maintain cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business objectives into AI-powered capabilities and deliver impactful solutions.

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Contribute to architectural decision-making, technology roadmaps, and long-term AI strategy.
  

Required Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and operating AI/ML applications in production environments.

• Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining GenAI solutions used by real customers.

• Strong experience developing scalable backend services and APIs.

• Experience working in cloud-native environments, preferably on GCP

• Strong Python engineering experience building scalable APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-native applications.

• Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions, including RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, and LLM-powered products.

• Experience with modern AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Google ADK, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Pydantic AI).

• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval systems.

• Strong GCP experience, particularly Vertex AI and serverless/cloud-native services.

• Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, security, authentication, and RBAC.

• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and production AI operations.
