Job description

Nutanix Migration Support



For our client from the industrial/manufacturing sector, we are looking for an Nutanix Migration Support to support a long-term project related to the change of virtualization platform in enterprise datacenters to Nutanix.

 

The role combines technical documentation creation with coordination of internal stakeholders and external service providers in an international environment.

 

Location: 100% remote, with occasional onsite presence in Łódź or Warsaw (first onboarding day and then once every 1–2 months or less frequently - to be agreed)

 

Start: March 2026, long term project




Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation (primarily in Excel) for external service providers responsible for physical on-site installations.

  • Coordinate and communicate with Product Service Managers (PSMs) responsible for networks, servers, storage, databases, and x86 hardware to collect accurate technical inputs.

  • Act as a primary contact point for external service providers, delivering documentation and explaining or consulting technical aspects as needed.

  • Coordinate and reserve network configuration parameters across various datacenter systems.

  • Ensure documentation completeness, consistency, and readiness for execution by third-party providers.

  • Support project delivery within a defined effort scope of approximately 500–550 person-days over the entire project duration.

 



Expectations

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

  • Fluent English (C1) — required for documentation and daily communication; Polish is not required.

  • Good understanding of enterprise datacenter infrastructure, including: NetApp storage, HP x86 servers, Network architectures (copper and optical)

  • Experience in coordinating work between multiple technical stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup.
