About the project

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Healthcare Analyst to join a company that develops innovative technology supporting medical diagnostics, clinical workflows, and large‑scale health data analysis. The organization partners with global pharmaceutical leaders and healthcare institutions, providing cutting‑edge solutions in medical imaging, adjudication processes, and clinical data processing.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with technical teams, product stakeholders, and senior leadership to analyze requirements, create clear documentation, and help shape solutions related to medical imaging and adjudication workflows. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical skills with an understanding of clinical or healthcare processes.

Work mode: 100% remote 

Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for medical imaging and clinical workflow solutions.

• Contribute to defining and documenting adjudication workflows.

• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

• Prepare key documentation, including workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Assist with simple test case creation and execution for feature validation.

• Provide analytical insights during cross‑functional discussions and decision‑making.

Expectations

• Solid understanding of the clinical adjudication process, including its purpose, structure, and typical documentation flows.

• Extensive experience with Medical Imaging, demonstrating confidence in navigating imaging workflows, modalities, and data formats.

• Proven ability to work with and interpret complex datasets, ideally within clinical, healthcare, or life‑science environments.

• Ability to operate effectively in a multi‑stakeholder environment, collaborating with Managers, Directors, and cross‑functional teams while maintaining clarity and alignment.

• Familiarity with creating simple test cases and supporting basic validation activities—or openness to learning this skill with guidance.

• Prior exposure to clinical software, digital health platforms, or regulated environments (e.g., GxP) will be considered an advantage.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
