As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Zendesk AI Agents, you will be an integral part of this team from day one. You will be instrumental in the design and development of our SaaS platform, which allows our users to design conversations and automate workflows.
Neat architecture and good software engineering practices are your guiding principles, as you believe that excellent user experience is best built over a solid codebase.
You will work closely alongside our product managers, designers, backend and wider technical team to scale up our platform and add new features, all while keeping a strong focus on user experience.
