    About the role:

    As a Senior Build and Release Engineer at Xperi, you will lead the management, documentation, and enhancement of our software products. You will work closely with engineering and QE teams to develop, build, and release products, creating and troubleshooting build environments, and providing technical roadmaps for improvement.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support a team in managing build environments.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve build environment issues.
    • Provide high-level operational support (bugs, fixes, upgrades, training).
    • Collaborate with global teams during the Poland workday (particularly in Europe, India, and the U.S)
    • Advocate for European teams’ needs and review requests from other regions.
    • Work with Jenkins, Git, Perforce SCM, and Artifactory.


    Project Leadership:

    • Resource utilization and planning.
    • Process improvement (design, implementation, deployment).
    • User training and long-term roadmap development.
    • Advocacy for the Build, Release and Engineering team.

    • Git system administration and Linux system administration (level 4)
    • Documentation skills (level 4)
    • Troubleshooting and bug fixing (level 4)
