Hi YOU! We are setting up a startup focused on delivering smart ML-based services, idea and investor's support is what we currently got, and now we are looking for You! By You I mean an individual who:

calls him/herself a mid-developer: has ~2 Years of programming experience in one or more of the following: C#, Java, Python, r, javascript, PHP
has some knowledge of database design, SQL and non-SQL
finished or is about to finish at least bachelor studies in Maths/stats/computer science/engineering science/economics or anything where the maths matters
believes in ML and sees his/her future in that area
has some experience (even academic) in one or more areas: BI, data modelling, data analysis algorithms, architecture, database, data mining, machine learning, text mining
has open mind and doesn't avoid risk
is a team-player
thinks agile

How the process looks like:

You send us CV on parktechnologiczny@wsei.edu.pl with some links to your git and few words with an answer to a question "why you?"
We select some people we would like to talk with - beginning of the June is when you can expect a feedback.
Face to face talk - where we get know each other
Maths test - we have to know how you deal with some numerical stuff, so 1-hour test will probably to do.
If you passed a test better than others and didn't fuck up the interview we would invite you to create our common future.
We are looking for 5-6 positively crazy people
