Having such great solutions, we are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our brave and brilliant Business Development Team.

What will you do on a daily basis?

• Work with Synerise's ever-evolving data platform, enhanced by AI.

• Support the creation of analyses, reports, and dashboards using predefined metrics and criteria.

• Turn data into insights by building conclusions and recommendations with guidance from senior analysts.

• Help maintain the quality, accuracy, and consistency of analytical outputs

• Cooperate with internal teams such as Customer Success & Implementation, Product Development, Marketing, and Business Development.

  
  

What will make us a perfect match?

• Minimum 1 years of experience in data analytics.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex data and extract actionable insights.

• Basic knowledge of web analytics

• Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel.

• Willingness to learn how to infer and synthesizing data the ability to combine data from various sources - knowledge of Power Query, Power BI.  

• Teamwork skills, the ability to easily establish relations and motivate others to collaborate.

• Time management skills, completing projects and tasks within deadlines, accuracy, curiosity, and perceptiveness.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and find solutions.

• Motivation to develop yourself and acquire new knowledge

• Higher technical education, preferably in computer science, cognitive science, statistics, or mathematics.

• Basic programming skills in languages like Python or R to automate tasks and perform advanced data analysis.

• Curiosity and readiness to learn data cleaning and pre-processing techniques to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

• Motivation to gain skills in statistical analysis.
