Digital Procurement Internship Program (She/He/They)

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

You will work in a hybrid model (remotely and on-site in Łódź) depending on project needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Configuring the Coupa procurement system

• Handling client support tickets

• Testing newly implemented solutions

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• An active student status or a technical degree, with the ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week

• Ability to work from the office in ŁÓDŹ one day per week.

• Proficiency in English and Polish (B2), as you’ll be part of international teams.

• Basic knowledge of databases

• Analytical thinking skills

• Experience with any ERP system

• Willingness to learn procurement processes (P2P, S2P, S2C)Research indicates that some candidates, especially those from diverse backgrounds, may hesitate to apply if they don't meet all requirements. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba, or Ivalua

• Knowledge of procurement processes

• Familiarity with service ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
