Salary: 15,000 - 26,000 PLN B2B net + VAT
Location: Remote, preferably EMEA
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assuring and overseeing product quality throughout the whole development process
- Building and leading a team of QA Engineers
- Giving guidance to other senior engineers to implement the QA automation framework and test cases
- Creating test plans for newly developed features
- Covering existing functionalities with automated tests
- Make sure that the test case definitions created by the team cover the full product
- Tracking regression and analyzing pipeline reports
- Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running test cases: Providing best practices for the team
- Setup the process for change management and QA execution
- Define the process for collaboration with developers about identified issues
- Recommend automation testing tools and processes to ensure agility, quality, and continually improve automation.
What do we expect you to have?
- 4 years of experience as QA Leader or Manager
- Proven track of building and leading a team of QA Engineers
- Experience in testing web applications
- Experience in testing APIs: REST, GraphQL
- Good understanding of modern web apps architectures: Micro Services, API First, Cloud Native, Headless
- Hands-on experience with web applications and test automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress.
- Familiarity with test automation good practices and patterns: Page Object Pattern
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
- At least basic knowledge of Unix systems
