Based on financial sector know-how and expertise in cloud technology, we provide a set-up of customer-facing and daily banking services which include: digital onboarding, accounts, cards, payments, and lending with a white-label mobile app channel access. 

As we enter the phase of accelerated growth, we are looking for a Senior IT Analyst to strengthen our team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Senior IT Analyst you will be responsible for designing and documenting new features based on input data from business owners. You should have hands-on experience with SQL, UML, BPMN and be able to translate business requirements into technical documentation used by developers.

Your role is also about being able to pull and analyse data from various sources like SQL Databases, Big Query, CSV’s, etc. to extract valuable information.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

You bring strong experience and demonstrable knowledge in following areas:

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience as an IT analyst
• Preparation of technical requirements based on business input
• Technical coordination of ongoing projects
• Documenting IT analysis (process modelling, functional requirements documentation)
• Knowledge of analytical artefacts such as UML diagrams (e.g. entity, sequence, state diagrams), user stories
• REST APIs
• SQL
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• Kibana
• Log usage and analysis
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Proactivity
• Communicative English

Nice to have: 

• Java / Bash / Python
• Swagger
• Postman
• BigQuery
• GIT, GitLab
