For our client- French technology company specializing in secure electronic payment solutions, we are looking for Salesforce Business Analyst. You should have strong expertise in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to join our growing CRM transformation team. This role will focus on driving business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business goals, capture detailed requirements, and translate them into user stories
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and research sessions to gather functional and non-functional requirements
- Decompose epics into granular, testable user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and roadmap
- Translate business needs into Service Cloud and Experience Cloud capabilities, focusing on out-of-the-box features over custom development
- Participate in and support technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
- Identify areas for process automation and optimization through Salesforce functionality
- Understand and manage upstream/downstream system dependencies
- Document requirements and user stories using tools such as Jira, and maintain traceability
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test coverage, and support UAT planning and execution
- Ensure proper communication and alignment with stakeholders during UAT and post-deployment phases
And if you possess..
- 6-8+ years of overall professional experience
- 4-6+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, specifically with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), Sales Cloud exposure
- Strong expertise in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working with tools like Jira
- Excellent understanding of business process mapping and solution alignment
Nice to have:
- Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Force.com
- Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant
