You will be important asset in Trotec’s impressive constant growth which is also based on CRM system (first introduced in 2008). You will have unique opportunity to develop the essential tool in marketing, sales and technical service with a growing userbase of 450+ users. Thanks to high level of process integration incl. Salesforce Sales Clouds (adapted in 2018), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (2020), Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and other supporting systems, Salesforce affects most of our core business internal processes, which you can help us to shape.
 
Digitalization Competence Centre is a new branch in Trotec. Our goal is to push internal process digitalization by operating and growing Salesforce applications, provide a reliable organization of Trotec’s systems for digitalization, reach full potential of process digitalization with vast knowledge of systems and their interoperability, increase user’s support experience and satisfaction and gather knowledge of Trotec’s systems to increase quality of interop support in our digital process.
 
Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve user support-requests (SRs).
  • Help users to create reports in salesforce.
  • Salesforce platform applications configuration.
  • Author user documentation.
  • Identify process-related user issues.
  • Analyze and document digital processes to identify potential for higher efficiency. 
  • Think beyond system-boundaries.

Our requirements:

  • Salesforce CRM platform administration skills (minimum 1 year of experience).
  • Knowledge of software development.
  • Willingness to learn (e.g. salesforce trailhead).
  • Analytical and joined-up thinking.
  • Team-player focusing on common goals.
  • Good communication skills.
  • English in word and speech (B2 level).
  • Ability to work remotely.
