We are currently looking for:


Lead Generation Specialist


Preferred localization: Warsaw


Job requirements


📈 Your Responsibilities:


  • Creating strategy, choosing methods, and analyzing final results for improvements
  • International Market Research based on different sources to contact with potential customers & partners
  • Setting up outbound campaigns using tools like: LinkedIn Helper, Sales Navigator, Woodpecker, Waalaxy
  • Creating and following up on mailing campaigns
  • Setting up calls between prospects and sales lead
  • Creating Excel files with contacts and using the CRM system to monitor work progress
  • Coming up with out of box ideas to generate new business opportunities
  • Reporting directly to the CEO


🔑 Key Requirements:


  • Around 1 year of experience in the lead generation field or market research
  • Knowledge of the tools mentioned above such as Linkedin, CRM, Excel
  • Ambition to grow within company and company structures
  • Independent thinking, initiative and high work ethic
  • Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only)

  • A success story in lead generation or new business area
  • Experience in startup companies or IT services companies
