Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
Being responsible for the technical support of a live, interactive television show. Close cooperation with the DevOps and software development teams.
Main tasks:
- First line support for the studio management team.
- Live product support based on the previously prepared scenarios.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and removing challenges.
- Super Admin access to the administrator’s panel.
- Evening and night work (when the show is live) - required approximately 3 evenings/nights per week.
- Maintain a working log of all the found system bugs.
- Using the dedicated technical support software.
- Work from the office or fully remote.
Required skills and experience:
- Well developed oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken). At least B2+ level.
- Experience in live support / willingness to develop your skills to become a Technical Support Specialist, Quality Control Specialist.
- International customer service experience.
- Working under pressure.
