IT systems administrator

The IT SysAdmin/DevOps is responsible for the monitoring, management and support of heterogeneous environments and has the capabilities to operate at level 2 knowledge (hands on) on all the required technologies. 

They are also required to interpret, use and apply information contained in the knowledgebase to solve all the issues that usually happens on the infrastructure.

Key role focus is to ensure that the overall ICT architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of SYLVIA's ICT. Manage technical integrations and functionality of Shopify, ERP, WMS, and all other digital tools.

Daily support of office staff at Warsaw locations with their IT issues. Technical onboarding of new commers (computers, laptops, phones configuration and preparation), technical offboarding of leavers.

Daily management of internal tools (O365, inTune, Workplace, Asana, ABM).

Qualifications:

• Operation of networking fundamentals
• Operation of information security
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
• The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in solutions architecture with demonstrated experience in cloud, mobile and web technologies. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities
