About the role


We are looking for an experienced business analyst to help transform the way in which our clients interact with our products and services.


We’re embarking on a major programme of work to bring together our different business lines and the systems we use to interact with our clients into a coherent and compelling platform which will form the primary hub for our client’s digital experience, from onboarding to risk management and trading.


  • Leading discovery activities for projects, working with business stakeholders to establish scope, forecast potential benefits, and estimate cost.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to elicit business requirements and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Engaging teams across multiple business areas and regions to prioritise requirements and align expectations.
  • Support business and technology teams in the design and development of solution options.
  • Support business stakeholders in defining and managing changes to business process or operating models.


  • 7+ Years experience leading analysis on complex cross-functional projects involving multiple delivery teams, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Knowledge across range of financial products Exchange traded Equities, Futures, Options and OTC.
  • Partnering with User Experience and Design teams to create compelling products.
  • Working on Projects in a regulated industry, working with compliance or legal functions to capture regulatory requirements and constraints.
  • Experience across multiple stages in the client journey, such as onboarding, account management, trading, reporting.
  • Capturing and managing scope and requirements across multiple business areas.
  • Presenting and explaining complex business or technical ideas to an audience who are not familiar with the subject.
  • Documenting requirements in a way that engages both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Confident quickly building and managing relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
