The client:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversight of regulatory processes (tax, transfer pricing, etc.) and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.• Cooperation and management of the external accounting firm, including the use of its reporting capabilities.• Responsibility for the invoice circulation process (with the support of the Junior Financial Analyst).• Creation of dashboards, monitoring financial data flows, and performing data verification.• Preparation of short-term (3-month) financial forecasts.• Execution of financial transactions (e.g., hedging instruments, deposits, bonds) in line with the guidance of the fractional CFO.• Support in developing the competencies of the Finance team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Very good knowledge of tax and regulatory matters, particularly in the area of invoicing between Poland and the USA as well as transfer pricing mechanisms – must have.• Ability to work with analytical tools (Power BI or others), including building simple KPI structures (e.g., margin analysis) • Familiarity with the Google ecosystem (Google Drive, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Looker) is a plus.• High level of organization and accuracy when working with repetitive processes.• Ability to independently manage one’s own work/projects (planning, goal setting, scheduling, reporting progress and issues, identifying the “why”).• Ability to create a coherent narrative based on numbers – explaining the underlying causes behind financial results.• Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders (United States).
