YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes in IT software house
• Cooperating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and talent needs
• Searching new sources to reach active and passive candidates
• Cooperating with HR Marketing and taking active participation in internal and external marketing events
• Working on other tasks assigned by manager (may be related to different HR areas eg. HR Operations, employer branding, internal events, CSR)

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with conducting end-to-end recruitment processes (at least 1-2 years)
• Familiarity with IT market or interest in entering the IT recruitment world
• Experience with direct cooperation with hiring managers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Good spoken/written English (preferably B2 level)
• Fluent Polish
