System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identifying business needs at the system user level and proposing solutions

• DMS analysis: Designing metadata structures, authorization schemes, and document archiving and retention processes

• Defining and specifying functional and non-functional requirements within projects

• Translating business requirements and architectural descriptions into system implementations in applications

• Process modeling (BPMN) and system flows

• Creating analytical and design documentation

• Service design

• Verifying key project documents

• Collaborating with business, architects, and IT teams, developers, and testers

• Supporting testing and validating solution compliance with requirements

• Participating in refinements, planning, and Scrum demos

• Supporting ongoing project work

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business/system analysis in the banking sector

• Higher education in technical, economics, or banking

• Knowledge of banking products.

• Experience in investment funds, investment advisory, savings accounts, and products is a plus.

• Experience with documents: Knowledge of DMS/ECM systems

• Compliance (GDPR, AML, KNF)

• Active participation in projects related to implementing new functionalities in banking systems

• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 modeling techniques

• Convenience in creating user stories, use cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, and API/system flow specifications

• Practical knowledge of tools: Enterprise Architect, JIRA, Confluence, SQL (basics)

• Understanding of system architecture (microservices, integrations, queues, REST/SOAP APIs)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to independently manage projects, proactiveness, and good collaboration with IT and business

• Ability to work in an Agile environment and build good relationships

• Independence, good work organization, stress resistance

• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
