Delivery Manager in Digital Competency Center (f/m/x)
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Digital Competency Center and take ownership of a portfolio of digital projects and services delivered to international and domestic clients.
This role is focused on predictable execution, commercial performance, and long-term client relationships. You will operate at the intersection of Delivery and Sales, ensuring that what is promised is delivered efficiently, transparently, and with measurable business value. The position requires both delivery discipline and a solid understanding of software services economics.
Your tasks
Owning a portfolio of software development projects, managing services, and delivering on time, on budget, and in scope
Providing support for pre-sales activities: shaping delivery approaches, contributing to estimations, participating in discovery workshops, and client meetings
Managing end-to-end delivery from kick-off through go-live to ongoing service execution, and proactively managing risks, dependencies, and changes
Monitoring of margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy to ensure healthy delivery economics
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, including communication with senior stakeholders; identification of service expansion opportunities
Contributing to shared delivery standards, reporting clarity, and operational consistency within the Competency Center
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience managing software development projects within a services environment
Strong understanding of delivery economics, including margin management, forecasting, and capacity planning
Practical experience working in Agile environments and the ability to operate in hybrid or structured delivery models when required
At least one certification such as PRINCE2, PMI, AgilePM, or SAFe
Previous work with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Confidence in client-facing conversations, including communication with senior stakeholders
Experience supporting pre-sales and delivery shaping activities
Fluency in English and Polish
Nice-to-have requirements
Experience with DXP and/or e-commerce platforms such as Adobe, Magento (Adobe Commerce), Sitecore, Optimizely, Liferay, or similar
