A fast-growing AdTech company is developing an AI-powered platform designed to help digital publishers optimize their advertising revenue. Their proprietary solution leverages machine learning to automate pricing strategies in programmatic advertising, improving monetization performance.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of commercial experience working with Python
2. Proven proficiency in Python and Django as well as JavaScript and React
3. Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services
4. Prior experience in the advertising technology domain, particularly with programmatic platforms or publisher-centric tools
5. Solid understanding of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability systems
6. At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

2. Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges while contributing effectively within cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

1. Build and support reliable, high-performing full-stack systems using AWS cloud services, Python, Django, Go, React, and JavaScript libraries
2. Work closely with product and engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new capabilities for a cutting-edge AdTech platform
3. Enhance system performance and scalability by proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimization strategies
4. Investigate and debug production issues, ensuring system stability and a smooth user experience
5. Contribute to development of technical project documentation and user documentation
