Job description
As a Solution Architect you are responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. You bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that systems are scalable, reliable and cost-effective.
- Solution Design: Develop end-to-end architecture for complex IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.
- Mindset and background of a Senior Backend Engineer
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams in implementing architectural solutions, best practices and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Designers to define requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies, frameworks and tools to recommend the best fit for the organization.
- Integration & Scalability: Design integration strategies for various systems, ensuring high availability, security and scalability.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed architecture diagrams, guidelines and technical documentation for future reference.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in technology solutions and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that solutions comply with industry regulations, security best practices and enterprise policies.
Our requirements:
- Good knowledge in system architecture design and implementation of complex distributed systems incl. legacy applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups and functions
- Expertise in development of application architecture
- Deep knowledge in software development lifecycles, software engineering and software design
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving attitude
