Work Mode: Remote from the territory of Poland

Tasks:

• Participate and oversee all phases of software development including requirements, design, coding, testing, debugging, and performance tuning
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle
• Effectively interact with product management, product owners and cross-functional teams to define and deliver the required solutions
• Work collaboratively across other product teams 
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Ensure the team follows DevOps practices to enhance deployment reliability
• Lead initiatives for performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization of cloud-based applications
• Drive adherence to security best practices

Qualifications & Soft Skills:

• >10-12 yrs of proven experience in cloud-based platform development
• Experience in managing engineering teams
• Strong background in cloud technologies, with expertise in at least one major cloud provider
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Demonstrated success in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence team members
• English C1
