Intern - IT Servers & Networks
Place of work: Samsung R&D Poland - Warsaw
Responsibilities
- Technical support in IT scope issues,
- Inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure and update documentation
- Diagnosis and resolving simple problems with IT infrastructure
- Supporting IT Team with physical infrastructure
Requirements
- Higher education or during the studies – computer science or similar
- Windows operational and troubleshooting knowledge
- MS Office application knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the English language
- Work in group and under stress
- Good communication skills
Being a plus:
- Knowledge of backup solutions
- Knowledge of network issues
- Knowledge about storage systems
