User Support Specialist

Resposibilities:
Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues related to workstations, printers, peripherals, and operating systems.
Manage and resolve user requests and incidents in ITSM systems in accordance with ITIL processes.
Configure and maintain user accounts, access rights, and identity management solutions, including M365 services.
Troubleshoot and resolve networking, system access, and application interoperability issues.
Deliver high-quality customer service through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and cooperation with internal IT teams.
Requirements:
Excellent practical knowledge of end-user IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and peripherals.
Excellent practical knowledge of workstation operating systems.
Practical knowledge of identity and access management.
Practical knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 cloud services.
Practical knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ITSM tools.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
