Your tasks:
Key role focus is to ensure that the overall ICT architecture is maintained in a coherent manner and that appropriate considerations are made for its security and quality.

- Interact with HW vendor to open repair call and follow till completion
- Interact with SW vendor to open support call, provided required information and follow till completion
- Escalate with all required information to Competence Centers any issue that has a 3rd level support complexity
- interpret, use and apply information contained in the knkwledgebase to solve all the issues that usually happens on the infrastructure
- the monitoring, management and support of heterogeneous environments (Windows, Linux, Vmware, Hyper-v, Storage, Backup)
What we expect
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in solutions architecture with demonstrated experience in cloud, mobile and web technologies. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment,
able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.

able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Virtualization knowledge (Vmware, Hyper V, Citrix, etc…)
- Linux and Windows Core functionalities
- Cluster experience on Windows and Linux
- Capability to operate in a complex production environment
- Able to navigate and troubleshoot in a Mac OS environment is a plus
- capability to operate at level 2 knowledge (hands on) on all the required technologies
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Masters preferred
- Expert knowledge of Windows server operating systems
- Expert knowledge of Linux systems and open source technologies
- Experience integrating Windows services with Unix/Linux environments is strongly desired
- Experience with the administration of large, diverse server platforms (1000+ server environment)
- Advanced technical knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies and knowledge of Hyper-V and Citrix environment
- Basic Operation Knowledge of Server/storage hardware
- Basic Operation of networking fundamentals
- Basic Operation of information security
- Strong communication skills (English is a must)
- Excellent written and oral communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline intensive environment
- VCP certification
- MCP Certification
- RHCE Certification
- 3-5 years of system engineering experience
