Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top-notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customer relationships, and incidents with precision.
We are looking for:
Analyst of applications for resource planning & workforce reskilling
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the actioning and resolution of assigned service issues/tickets. Reporting to the TalentLink and SkyHive support/service leads with a dotted
line to product owners and solution architects.
Your future role:
- Provide day-to-day second-level support for end users of resource planning & workforce reskilling applications,
- Identify workarounds/solutions and resolve incidents within the agreed service levels,
- Provide guidance on alternative resolutions of recurring or ongoing issues,
- Document troubleshooting or resolution steps,
- Work with the Service Desks to provide updates to the end user on the incident status,
- Engage and coordinate with the vendor, when required,
- Invoke escalation processes; involve multiple resolver groups, as needed.
Apply if you have:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in support,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken,
- Good knowledge of MS SQL,
- Good knowledge of API,
- Knowledge of Microsoft Server Fundamentals (managing services, scheduled tasks, etc.),
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Fundamentals,
- Knowledge of ITIL processes ,
- Experience with ITSM systems (i.e., ServiceNow),
- Ability to learn quickly with the willingness to upskill in the technical area,
- Any experience with TalentLink/SkyHive or other similar software would be an additional advantage.
