2nd line IT support with German

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation in hardware, operating systems, applications, services, network, security, and telephony
• Provide support and optimization for the system landscape, including physical and virtual systems, Microsoft Services, and Office 365
• Design, implement, and manage systems, applications, and services in the Microsoft environment
• Collaborate on the design, planning, and execution of IT projects
• Analyze and resolve issues in client/server environments
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions
• Contribute to ongoing system and process improvements

Our requirements:

• Good communication in German (B2 or above) and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT support or a similar role
• Solid knowledge in the client/server, storage, VMware, backup, Microsoft, Office 365, and security environment
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting (VPN, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of IT security practices is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
